Strategy
Phoenix's ability (Roughly every 30 minutes, burns the smallest fully-grown plant in the garden and instantly replants and regrows it at a new random size (sometimes bigger, sometimes smaller).) — its effect is a size reroll on an already fully-grown plant, not growth acceleration — the regrown plant can come back bigger or smaller.
